Opera Ball: A Masked Ball will take place on Friday, September 5th and will feature a cocktail reception and dinner held at San Francisco’s City Hall, an opening night performance of Rigoletto at the War Memorial Opera House and an afterparty back at City Hall.
Shift Details: Volunteer who help with the check-In Shift from 6:30pm – 8:00pm will help us with welcoming guests, providing their table assignments and directing them into the event.
Attire: This event is black tie, and we ask volunteers to wear professional formal attire such as a tuxedo or dark suit, a long or mid length dress, skirt or dress pants. We strongly encourage comfortable shoes and bringing minimal belongings if possible. If you have any questions about the attire, please don’t hesitate to ask.
How to sign up: If you are interested and available to volunteer, please sign up for a shift using the "respond" button. Though you may have already signed up for the “waitlist” in our volunteer portal, we require a sign up on either the "Check-In," "Main Event," or "After Party" shifts to confirm your participation.
